Bianca is the founder and President of Washington Writing Group, LLC, a certified Women’s Business Enterprise. Over the last 9 years, Bianca has managed and/or written hundreds of government, private, and corporate grants resulting in over $100 million in grant wins. Her clients include institutions of higher education; national, community-based, advocacy, policy, and membership-based nonprofit organizations; health service organizations and hospitals; and businesses. Prior to initiating her writing career, Bianca was an Associate for AcademyHealth, a non-partisan resource for health research and policy, where she worked with the National Library of Medicine and the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation’s Changes in Health Care Financing and Organization. During her time at AcademyHealth, she authored numerous technical pieces, translating health services research to policy. Bianca also spent over five years with the Association of Teachers of Preventive Medicine (now the Association for Prevention Teaching and Research), where she managed an annual leadership symposium for graduate clinical students and coordinated training programs for four agencies within the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services. Bianca received a B.S. in biomedical science with a minor in chemistry from Western Michigan University and a M.S. in Health Systems Administration from Georgetown University. Bianca specializes in working with underserved and disadvantaged communities over several topic areas, such as health care, education, and social services. Bianca lives with her two school-aged sons in Washington, DC.

Lindsay has over 10 years experience working in nonprofit development and strategic consulting. Her clients include small nonprofits, international NGOs, research firms, think tanks, institutions of higher education and public media. In the past five years she has helped secure over 15 million dollars in private and government funding for her clients. With expertise in grant writing, content development, and strategic collaboration, Lindsay can offer her clients a wide range of services from proposal writing and capacity building to 501c3 incorporation. She has vast experience working on proposals and programs for the National Science Foundation, the Department of Justice, the CDC, National Endowment for the Humanities, SAMHSA, USAID, the Department of Education, the Department of Defense and more.  Lindsay is the founder and Executive Director of International Classroom Fund, an NGO that provides education to vulnerable communities around the globe. Her international experience includes programs in Tanzania, Cambodia, Indonesia, Sri Lanka and Darfur. Lindsay received her BA in Political Science from Loyola Marymount University.

Bozena (Bo) Morton Bo has been working with WWG since 2011. During that period, she has written a number of winning proposals for federal grants from several agencies, including various NSF, US Department of Education, and NEH programs.

Bo has a master’s degree in linguistics and prior to becoming a grants professional she worked in English as a Foreign/Second Language and in international education programs both in the U.S. and abroad. For over 10 years, she also worked as Director of Grants at a large community college in the Los Angeles area where she wrote proposals for all kinds of grants to support college programs and services, helped faculty in all disciplines with developing grant proposals, and managed many grant-funded projects. In that role, she garnered over 75 million dollars in grants from public and private sources.

In addition to WWG, Bo also works with domestic and international nonprofits and educational institutions on developing and funding international programs and projects. Bo resides in Southern California.

Jesse Hultstrand is a copy editor and writer with training in manuscript editing and the Chicago Manual of Style from the University of Chicago Graham School. Over the last five years, he has edited more than 100 proposals for universities, K-12 school districts, and nonprofit organizations, including numerous proposals seeking funding from the National Science Foundation, the Health Services and Resources Administration, the U.S. Department of Education, and the National Endowment for the Humanities. Jesse has worked with WWG since 2011.
